game's crowd
I'm curious about users who played my game would either spot them on devices, in that case I could get sure that in-game features could be improved & btw: it's designed on a laptop with win8.1 & basilisk-browser, some mobile-touchscreens couldn't use the "hover"-feature, because it's a double-click, which is referring to another function in my game: a double-click with your pointer.
So those game-versions vary if all features could be used or even if the player could progress there (unlocking every path) or rather getting stuck, which wouldn't be their fault. Just to notice which section could be one of that issues, I'd like to get info about which device & browser would be mainly used, not just general statistics of the web, more about the users of this community who also play my game and could wonder if they even get every way unlocked in that case?
Because if I'd just focus on single-clicks, while double-click should represent hovering-status, it's bit hard to fadein/out lines with just one click. Technically I could use two words to get this effect, then combining both into one for getting the same visuals. Still it would be cool to get possible suggestions, if players would actually use mobiles for playing or probably depending if the game being available on the browser / as download / referring to its filesize or time for reaching the endline or if it including a saving-button?
Instead of putting subtitles as hover-info, a language-screen could get rid of this problem, even it's bit too common for using I guess. Anyway, if users would be open for sharing their opinions, it would be awesome.
It would be helpful to know info like:
device: phone / tablet / laptop / computer?
system: android / linux / win10 / 8.1 / 7?
browser: firefox / chrome / opera / explorer?
or other ones than the mentioned ones.
Same as preferences for keys/buttons:
mouse-focused, e.g. as clicking.
keyboard-focused, like typing.
etc.?
